Su cercanía a la estación de trenes, a un supermercado y a una parada de buses y trole, y la preocupación por servir de las encargadas de la recepción. Las encargadas deben saber inglés. |

El confort de la habitación Un desastre la conexión a Internet, escogi este hotel por la conexión y no funciono, tampoco habia empleados que lo solucionaran. He tenido que irme antes de tiempo por este motivo. El desayuno muy escaso y pobre. |

Room was not cleaned for 3 days. Room access card did not work the first evening, so I had to call somebody to have my door opened. Had to wait 20 min outside. In the meanwhile I could observe some rats (!) creeping around in the patio. |

Firstly, I reserve 75euro room, but I was said to pay 85euro. Secondly, staff said breakfast time began from am7:00, but at am7:00 no one is there and closed. At 7:15 staff came we could eat breakfask at 7:30. Thirdly, I used taxi from Heidelberg Castle, but taxi driver didnt know this hotel. So I went to station and walk to the hotel... This hotel was extreamly bad. |

After checking in, the staff simply disappeared. I didn't see a single staff member until two days later when I decided I wanted to check out early, which was lucky because he was bringing me a new room key. If that hadn't happened, I'm sure I wouldn't have seen anyone until three days after checking in. |

Very spacious room. Very close to train station, and only 10 minute walk to town. We requested non-smoking but our room had obviously been used as a smoking room, very smelly. Had a kitchen, but no cooking utensils. Staff were pleasant, but be aware that they have extremely limited English. Also, there is no wifi, only cable internet, and you have to bring your own cable. |

Novel use of space in the rooms. No parking available, and so the manager directed us to street parking which got us a parking ticket!! Also not enough towels despite asking for more. Toilet paper also ran out and was not re-stocked when the room was turned over. A cable for the internet was offered but never arrived at the room. |

The room had everything I needed and the staff kindly provided a large hot water kettle so that I could make some tea. The staff was extraordinarily kind and efficient, especially Fabio, who was absolutely great! The room was spacious and clean and the hotel was close to the train station, tourist information and local transport. There was also a grocery store just around the corner. On the first night and the afternoon of the next day I was there there was very loud music coming from somewhere outside (near the hotel). I could hear it even with the balcony doors closed. When people speak in the hallways everything could be heard (very clearly), but I didn't hear anything from the adjoining rooms. I wish you had similar hotels in other European cities as well... |

There is really no "reception" at the hotel and getting hold of a hotel personnel may be tricky to say the least. Many of the single rooms have a separate (but not shared) toilet and bathroom. It gets tedious having to go out of your room every time you want to use the facilities. |

The free internet use in the room. The hotel is far from the city center, you have to walk around 15 mins to the old city, we stayed for 2 nights and no body came to clean the room or check the towels, the breakfast is very poor, and we have to come back to the breakfast room in order to find a table since the room is very small, also the stairs up to the room is very narrow and bad, especially if you have a luggage to carry on. |

Very close to the hauptbanhof, friendly staff, nice and tidy rooms. The room had no fan or air-conditioning system. It was a little hot. |

I liked the rooms and the location. Everything was well organized and there was plenty of space in the room. Our room even had a kitchen! I liked the breakfast, but it was a bit boring after two days. I think there should be more variety. |
