Hotel and room was vevy clean. Quiet place to sleep. Breakfast was great. Personel of the reception was not focust to the customers. Small, easy to provide, was not done. (Shawer was broken, but fixed very fast. It was not a problem, because the personel was focused to fix it). |

für ein 4* Hotel waren die Zimmer nicht genügend eingerichtet. Wenn in einem 4* Haus nicht mal ein Kleiderschrank zur Verfügung steht ist das eigentlich keien 4 Sterne wert.Sehr schlechte Anbindung an die Stadt. Am WE fährt der Bus nur 1x in der Stunde. |

Das Hotel ist hervorragend. Die Lage des Hotels ist jedoch schrecklich. Es liegt direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse, mitten in einem grossen Industriegebiet. |

Unser Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Anbindung an die Hamburger Innenstadt war mit Bus und U-Bahn auch gut. Zum Frühstücksbuffett gab es frische und leckere Zutaten. Es wurde immer wieder neu aufgefüllt. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel für eine Städtereise. |

Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm, der Frühstücks-bzw.Eßbereich ist ansprechend und gemütlich gestaltet.Obwohl wir nur eine Übernachtung gebucht hatten,ist der Eindruck trotzdem positiv.Für einen längeren Hamburg-Aufenthalt werden wir ganz sicher im Hotel Böttcherhof wohnen. Vielleicht könnte man etwas im Badezimmer bzw. am Duschvorgang ändern.Dieser zieht sich beim Duschen zwangsläufig an den Körper,was nicht so angenehm ist.Hängt man den Vorhang nach draußen,wird man nicht eingewickelt,verursacht aber "Hochwasser".Sicher gibt es hier eine passende Lösung. |

Frühstück war extra hätte pro Person 15,50 Euro gekostet und am 1. Januar sogar 39€ pro Person war uns zu teuer. Wir sind lieber in der Stadt frühstücken gegangen. |
