Excellent Leisure Facilities.We booked a package through Booking.com,which was excellent.Welcome cocktail, Breakfasts,Tapas meal,Travel Cards,Berlin Tour,use of leisure Facilities all included . It is a bit remote but as previous Reveiws stated the bus and Rail network is good to transfer.Our package through booking.com included travel passes for bus and trains which was ideal |

Being able to go straight from your room to the wellness part e.g.: sauna, steambath etc. sauna towels already in the room. Very friendly staff. Extreme low prices in Bistro (Euro 6 for a complete plate service). |

The cleanliness and amenities of the hotel There was no snack available in the mini fridge inside the room. There are no vending machines to dispense food items. I woke up hungry in the wee hours of the morning when everything is closed. I had to wait 3 hours until breakfast to get something to eat. |

Excellent sauna, and swimming pools! Service at breakfast on the second day was very bad :( The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked 3 times and waited over half an hour for my coffee |

Staff is very friendly, The wellness is great, especially after a long day walking in the city centre of Berlin. (free of charge for hotel guests). Good breakfast. The atmosphere is great. The Tapas bar really good. The nearest underground railway station is 800m away from the hotel. We parked our car (for free) to the nearest underground railway station of line 2 and went from there directly to the city centre. |

Very nice facilities for Wellness. Slight mix up in type of room. We were first given a smoking room, but when we asked, they changed us to a non-smoking one quickly. |

Great rooms, friendly staff, fantastic range of food available for breakfast and good facilities i.e swimming pool and sauna's. No English channel available on the TV, not enough English literature explaining all the facilities of the hotel and no English instructions in the sauna rooms which led to an embarrassing shock for my girlfriend and I!! The Germans prefer to be totally naked in the sauna rooms. They are also mixed sex. |

Το breakfast και οι πισίνες Φτάνοντας τα μεσάνυχτα, δεν είχαμε τη δυνατότητα ούτε του παραμικρού snack - ούτε υπάρχει κάτι ανοιχτό στην περιοχή - Έστω μία αυτόματη μηχανή για ξηρούς καρπούς! Ο φωτισμός στο καθιστικό της junior suite ήταν πολύ χαμηλός για ανάγνωση, ενώ ο διάκοσμος και τα χρώματα πολύ μουντά και ξεπερασμένης αισθητικής |
