Staff friendly, helpful and reception staff spoke english, an advantage as we didn't speak german. The rooms are large and very well designed. We extended our stay in a small suite with a small kitchenette which gave us more freedom.

There was some confusion about internet as they push WIFI but it is not available in rooms.Probably a language issue due to our lack of german. Ask for a LAN cable. Also internet is quite expensive when many hotels in Europe now offer it free. The location suited us but may be out of the way for some.

Everything was great appart from the fact that they upgraded me to an appartment but then charged me an extra 30 euros when I checked out. I was running late so did not notice until I got home.

This hotel is well located (close to the City Centre), spacious, modern, with comfortable and very clean rooms, includes a convenient and easily accessible underground garage. The breakfast is excellent, with a large variety of excellent food. The hotel staff is client oriented, helpful and nice.

The quality of bath towels is below the standard of such an hotel. Rooms looking over the main street are not so quiet because of the heavy traffic on wordays.

Location (3 min. walk distance to U-Bahn, 20-25 min. walk distance to the city center), room facilities are incredible (iron, equipped mini-kitchen, large room space), stylish room design, excellent breakfast, hospitable staff. The best hotel for business trips.

The price for room's Internet & undeground parking seems a bit expensive for the long staying.

your information re the restaurant and bar was misleading, also not up to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Perhaps this was due to the fact that the restaurant was not owned by the hotel, also food quality in the restaurant only average. Given that you advertised these facilities rather surprised that they were closed on a Sunday.

We were upgraded to the apartment complex which gave us more space with out 10 month old and any requests we had were dealt with quickly. 10 min walk to the centre and two stations within a couple of minutes from the door of the hotel. An excellent all round experience, would use again.

Great value for money it's a five star hotel.

We booked two rooms at the 4-star hotel at a low price without breakfast. The room was better than we expected and had a small kitchen with every facility you can imagine! A mini dish washer!

Although we liked the room very much, the manner of the staff was cold and indifferent. They never greet when we enter or exit the hotel, and treat us as if we do not exist. I do not think that this should happen in a 4-star hotel.

good spa, good breakfast although it did not vary over two weeks

I was shoked by the 1st room I was give, in the undreground, also I was paying almost double my colleagues(87euros), as nobody applied the 2 week fare to me.
