la habitacion ofertada en la pagina no se correspone con la real. Era otra mas pequeña mas ruidosa pero el mismo precio . teniemos reservados 5 dias y solo estuvimos 2. nos sentimos engañados por el hotel no por la pagina la seguiremos usando como informacion .Muchas gracias. |

Nice room, friendly helpful English speaking staff, convenient location near bus and train stations, 24 hour reception. Mineral water and apples are a nice touch. |

Friendliness and helpfulness of reception staff, cleanliness of room, quality of the buffet breakfast, efficiency of staff clearing away and replenishing buffet breakfast. This was my third stay in two years at this hotel. I book "premium" rooms but always feel a little cramped in the main sleeping area. This time there was a table and two (dining) chairs, a small wardrobe (sufficient to hang ten items of clothing) and a double bed. The table was so small my laptop virtually covered the top. I would prefer a desk and one chair for solo business trips. |

Close to Train station Forgot our wake up call, almost mist bus & flight(!) / Heavily used room, rusty and dirty bathroom / nasty dirty carpet / Miniature room / had to carry 3 massive luggage across 3 stairs,2 elevators into another part of hotel / for what we paid for - bad deal, folks! |

Proximity to the station. First of all they did not have a double non-smoking room available for us. "Non-smoking" is only preference and hence you are not guarannteed to have it. Also the hotel was not suitable for someone with a heavy luggage because it has a very inconveniently complex structure inside and I had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs. |
