Close to Train station Forgot our wake up call, almost mist bus & flight(!) / Heavily used room, rusty and dirty bathroom / nasty dirty carpet / Miniature room / had to carry 3 massive luggage across 3 stairs,2 elevators into another part of hotel / for what we paid for - bad deal, folks! |

Proximity to the station. First of all they did not have a double non-smoking room available for us. "Non-smoking" is only preference and hence you are not guarannteed to have it. Also the hotel was not suitable for someone with a heavy luggage because it has a very inconveniently complex structure inside and I had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs. |

Very convenient address as close to main railway station and the city shopping centre. Being asked to pay fro breakfast when this hotel always include it in their price if booked direct. |

I did like the central placing to Central Station and the nice comfort in the room. It was a very nice comfotable room whit all what to need and very relaxing stay. Only to leave the key each time you leave og ask for it again each time you come to the hotel again. |

Excellent location for transport links. Hotel staff were very friendly and we took the option of having breakfast on 2 occasions and this set us up for the day. The only slight problem was the size of our bedrooms. They could have been somewhat larger. |
