- the wireless didn't worked at all, I've needed to go in a McDonalds to do my work. - no water between 11:00 and 04:00 in the morning...

Well, we were not there long, but the staff gave a very efficient impression.

n/a. Perhaps that it was a bit further out from the centre in a not very touristic area of the city. But the bus connections are very good so not too much trouble there either.

Very friendly and helpful personnel.

The very limited capacity of the "kitchen". - With just a few people in the dinig room you could not provide us dinner. The staff said it would take more than an hour to prepare anything because they only have a hotplate there in the bar!
