Breakfast, cleanliness, room size, spaciousness of the bathroom, staff The elevator didn't work during 3 days out of 4 and we had to walk up to the 4th floor. In the bathroom there was a bathtub, but the hose was not enough long, so you had to be on your knees taking a shower!! The food in the restaurant was maybe the worst we have ever got in a restaurant!! |

The breakfast was wonderful You stated on your website,the hotel is 3 minutes from the Main Station,it is not! It is 3 minutes from Berliner Tor(Hamburg) S.Bahn station. I started to walk from Main Station,it took about 20 minutes. |

Locationwas excellent. Large bathroom with good shower and hot water. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Charge of 3 Euro per night for use of the room safe was removed after problem with noise on last 2 mornings was mentioned.Clean and well maintained. Requested room (quiet & non smoking) was honoured - except for unusual drilling noise on last 2 mornings. My bed was small and fairly hard. Only one pillow provided. Drilling below my bedroom window on my last two mornings was annoying and prevented my "holiday sleep in" as the noise was awful from 08:00. The hotel feels more 3 star than 4 star but I expected this from reviews read when I made the reservation. Towels in bathroom are small and not fluffy as expected at 4 star hotels. |

Nothing. We had no choice because it was a Easter Weekend and most hotels were booked. Charging €169 per night was too high for this category. The service given by the staff was poor. Hotel wanted to charge €3 per night for the use of safety box. Breakfast started only from 8:00 - 11:00 am. No room cleaning service after 14:00 hr, when we stayed too long in the room. No internet cable offered to guest who forgot to bring. Hotel manager was never available when asked. |
