Location. Internet did not work the entire time. When I asked at reception, they kept saying it was not there problem, ("It was Hotspots"). |

Breakfast, cleanliness, room size, spaciousness of the bathroom, staff The elevator didn't work during 3 days out of 4 and we had to walk up to the 4th floor. In the bathroom there was a bathtub, but the hose was not enough long, so you had to be on your knees taking a shower!! The food in the restaurant was maybe the worst we have ever got in a restaurant!! |

The breakfast was wonderful You stated on your website,the hotel is 3 minutes from the Main Station,it is not! It is 3 minutes from Berliner Tor(Hamburg) S.Bahn station. I started to walk from Main Station,it took about 20 minutes. |

Locationwas excellent. Large bathroom with good shower and hot water. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Charge of 3 Euro per night for use of the room safe was removed after problem with noise on last 2 mornings was mentioned.Clean and well maintained. Requested room (quiet & non smoking) was honoured - except for unusual drilling noise on last 2 mornings. My bed was small and fairly hard. Only one pillow provided. Drilling below |
