This hotel is located right in the heart of Berlin, on one of the city's most popular and vibrant streets, the famous Kurfuerstendamm.

From here you can easily explore the German capital on foot or using nearby public transport connections. The airport is also easily reached.

Despite the hotel's central location all the hotel's rooms are very quiet as they face the courtyard. After a busy day exploring you can refuel yourself in the hotel's restaurant where you can enjoy steaks, fish dishes and salads. In the summer you can enjoy your food outside on the terrace.

In the evening you can also enjoy a hot or a cold drink in one the many cafes and bars nearby. There are lots of eateries and drinking holes along the famous Kurfuerstendamm.

Staff partly very nice.

Price was not fair. More than four times the amount through your website than marked at the hotel itself. Feel cheated. Comment at the reception: we get the money where we can..... Consider making complaint or sue.

The location

I have stayed in another hotel in Berlin which wasn't luxury quality, either. That one was better. The toilet, the shower water was a bit cold (which I didn't comlain about; I couldn't start the TV which I didn't mention, either). Yet there was something about it that didn't make it all that terrible.

The location is excellent and the breakfast was also very good.

You had to go to the hotel lobby to access the WLAN internet. It would be much more convinient if you could access the internet from your hotel room.

Great location for walking, shopping, eating...on both bus and UBahn
(Adenhauerplatz Stn.) We would have liked one comfortable chair in the
room besides the desk chair

I certainly do not think everyone should speak English, however, the
'tone' of the hotel staff leads me to believe that they are unaccustomed
to welcoming foreign visitors as the stern, stiff and unsmiling
presence, while uniquely German, is rather off-putting for non-German
visitors..not until Day 3 did we receive a smile upon our evening
arrival, and never did "Good Morning." Receive a response

nice breakfast

Cold shower, bad bed, two single beds for a couple, having to change rooms during the stay, no toilet on the room (which I guess I should have figured out myself beforehand)
