Deposit

80 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Room was very clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel is just a few Metro stops from the city center. Good location. There is a supermarket just around the corner

The breakfast is really good, excellent I would say. The hotel is located close to the city centre and to the park where Oktoberfest takes place. The staff are friendly and speak English.

When people are smoking in the hall the rooms become full of smoke. This was plain awful.

I got the feeling that because we book rooms wit reduced price they put us under the roof. Those rooms really need restoration.

Friendly & welcoming staff, close enough to city centre without being in the middle.

Warning to others who may use the garage parking under the hotel, the entrance/exit ramp is very steep

Wifi worked very well

Breakfast was good.

The man at the reception was very unprofessionally clad. His shirt was untucked and his tie loosened. I feared it was a true flea bag hotel but was pleased that the room was clean.

Kindness of the employees. Very good breakfast.

Rooms in the last floor (6th floor) are small and extremely hot. I had to request a room change (but afterwards everything was good).

very uncomfortably soft bed, and very small shower place, and very noisy on the streets
