Location is very close to the centre of town, but easily accessible and quiet in the evening. Staff were helpful and not intrusive. Breakfast selection was excellent. Lift available for less active guests. Parking if you get there early! |

Very reasonable price for a location only about 10 mins walk from the city centre, good breakfast buffet, clean, comfortable room. There is a busy road outside, but in my room hardly any sound got in when the window was shut (on warm nights this would obviously be more of a problem). The area immediately around the station is predictably dingy, but the hotel's environs were fine, I thought. The staff were perfectly efficient and polite, but could perhaps have been a bit more openly welcoming. |

The location, spacious room, excellent beds, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, cozy, calm and comfortable atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay in Bonn and in this hotel very much and are looking forward to visit again. The shower could be modernised, but it was ok. |

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig; die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral, es ist vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, gaben jedoch von sich aus nicht viele Informationen. |
