La cercanía al centro de la ciudad. La tranquilidad. La amplitud de la habitación. La atención del personal. Me parece muy caro el buffet, aunque es bueno. Considero que debería existir una opción de desayuno básico más económica. |

The staff was fantastic throughout our stay. For example, our airline lost our luggage and the hotel went out of their way to help us until we got our suitcases. Great sports facilities with conditioned pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Rooms were clean and well conditioned. Location (just 300 meters from the Cathedral) is unbeatable. Breakfast buffet was great, but very pricey. |

Very friendly staff, nice interior design, right in the city center, got a Spa Spa - charged 9 Eur extra - not mentioned in hotel description! Should be free for guests! Ac was weak and never got cooler than 25 degrees. Room and bed a little small for 2 people. |

The hotel was a convenient walk to the Cathedral (der Dom) and to the main train station. I found it a convenient place to come in and stop for two nights while exploring the city. Also, the breakfast there was very, very good, if not a little too expensive. Firstly, the rooms are hot. They have A/C, but it only runs if the windows are fully closed and the room key inserted in the wall (I appreciate the energy conservation effort, but most U.S. citizens are not used to this thinking, so it's not easy to understand and no one explains it). |

That it was close to the train station (5-7 mintues) but still very quiet at night. The hotel was great, unfortunately, other than the restaurant on site, there were not many others close by, but I cannot fault them for that. |

Very good restaurant with enthusiastic people, hosts even. The hotel is very close to the Dom and was very very easy to reach by car. We would have liked a breakfast included in the price. We could order a breakfast next to our stay but at a price of 20 euro per person which we found too expensive. Especially since we had dinner (and a very good one!) at the restaurant which was cheaper than the price for breakfast. |

Very clean, the position - near the Dome and the train station Very cold in the room (the heating was with air conditioning and the temperature did not go above 23.5 degrees Celsius). We had the most expensive room with king size bed (which was in fact a queen bed of 1.5m X 1.8m - too small for 2 persons). |

A localização é ótima, fácil de chegar de carro e um estacionamento muito conveniente com acesso direto ao lob do hotel. Café da manhã farto. O hotel não tem maleteiro, mas mesmo assim o staff nos ajudou com as malas. |
