L'hotel è come tutti quelli della catena mercure apprezzabile sia come stanza,come servizi,breakfast molto vario e abbondante |

la posizione nell' Universitatsviertel e la gentilezza dello staff non prendete le camere fumatori: sono letteralmente impregnate e non potete aprire la finestra per il troppo rumore dalla strada. |

The location was perfect for my meeting at the cch (and strolling to see the sites), and the park I had to walk thru was lovely. There were shops and lots of cafes nearby. The window opened which was also nice. The staff was very accomdating and helpful. We would really have liked one big bed, and a coffee pot. |

Close to the harbor & reeperbahn I had requested twin beds, which I got, but, it seems that they were crammed in to a single(small) room. |

Zimmer zu klein, Klimaanlage nicht ausreichend, so dass die Temperatur in der Nacht unerträglich war. Öffnen des Fensters zwar möglich, jedoch wegen des sehr starken Lärms nicht zu empfehlen.Zusammenfassend eine äusserst unangenehme Nacht! |

Die nähe zu der U,- und S-Bahn station. Die geringen fahrtzeiten zum Bahnhof,Theater Neue Flora und der Reeperbahn. Es hat ein tolles ambiente. |

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage, da es etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns liegt und trotzdem eine direkte Anbindung zur U-Bahn hat. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Kleiderschränke haben nur 6 Kleiderbügel und keinerlei Regale zur Ablage von Kleidung. Außerdem waren die Preise für das Frühstück zu hoch. |
