The staff were wonderful; the hotel was in a beautiful building; our room was clean and large and the breakfast (copious) was included in the price. Smoking was permitted in the reception area which was poorly ventilated. This would be a difficult situation for some guests. Having a no-smoking policy would be a significant improvement. |
