Friendly restaurant/ breakfast staff. Clean and tidy. Quiet. A bit of a challenge to find from the city, especially on foot. Reception staff not overly friendly. |

Good access from Highway and to the fair ground we reserved a non smoking room and there was a non smoking room sign at the door, but the room had a smoke smell. Elevators were not working properly |

The atitude of the bartenders team I coudn`t connet to internet in the room, because you don`t use a typical socket for connection ( like the phone) and you have not an adapter. This is not good for business!!!! In Romania, we use the usb cable for internet connection, the internet speed is very good with this usb cable. Next time we will choose another hotel because there is no bussines without internet. |

The hotel staff were very professional and polite, the room was very clean and comfortable. We didn't have time to make use of the additional facilities, so cannot make any comment about them. There is nothing I could say was outstanding, but the general standard was very high and well in keeping in it's class. A bit out of the way. OK for car or business users, but there is a 10 minute walk from the nearest tram stop. I had good weather, so this wasn't a big problem. |

Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und es macht viel spass sich dort zu entspannen. Es besteht eine gute anbindung nach Leipzig und auch auf weitere Autobahnen richtung süden. Diesmal war man auch wesentlich freundlicher mir gegenüber und mir wurden auch meine punkte gutgeschrieben auf der Karte. Die Preise für die Tiefgarage (8 €) sind zu hoch dafür das wir Hotelgäste sind und das gilt nur für eine Nacht! Das war eindeutig das übelste. Die Parkplätze draussen waren schon mal gern voll besetzt. |

Wir waren U.A. vom reichhaltigem frühstücksbuffet sehr begeistert, auch war das frühstückspersonal "sehr sehr freundlich". Dieses war ein hauptgrund für das wiederkommen in ihrem hotel. Nochmals danke, und lieben gruß aus wien. |

Da wir WGT-Besucher waren und nicht während der Frühstückszeiten essen konnten, war es super, daß wir einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer hatten. Auch das geräumige, saubere Bad war gut geeignet zum stylen. sehr häufige Störungen durch Zimmermädchen und Minibarmitarbeiter. Schlüsselkarte funktionierte bei Anreise nicht. |

Allem voran das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, aber eben auch die Räumlichkeiten, dass es außer der Dusche auch eine Badewanne gab, Freundlichkeit der Hotelangestellten, Service, einfach alles! |

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah zur Messe Leipzig, ist sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Shuttelbusse sind aber auch wohl meistens da. Der Restaurantbereich, morgens Frühstück, wirkt etwas klein, in der Hauptzeit morgens sind schon mal Wartezeiten auf einen freien Platz zu erwarten. |

Das Zimmer war wunderbar, auch das Bett. Ich bin ein Mensch der nicht in neuen Umgebungen schalfen kann, aber dort konnte ich es ^.^Das Personal war auch sehr, sehr nett, dass fand ich auch sehr gut. Der Aufzug. bin kein Fan von Aufzügen. |

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend zu weit weg von der Messe, mußte 10 Min. laufen. Shuttle war immern ur am Vormittag verfügbar. Ohne Auto nur mit Taxi erreichbar oder zu Fuß. |

Schönes Ambiente, sehr schönes Frühstück, allerdings ziemlich teuer (14,-) Das Hotel liegt dann doch etwas weiter von den Messehallen entfernt als gedacht. Das war etwas enttäuschend. Aber zu bestimmten Zeiten fährt immerhin ein Shuttle. |

Sehr gut geeignet, wenn man nur zum Messegelände will.NH-Hotels haben Wasserkocher mit Kaffeeportionen und Teebeuteln auf den Zimmern- sehr besucherfreundlich!!! |
