I was born in Dortmund and have fond memories about the old "Roemischer Kaiser", the original name of the hotel. Of course, it has changed since, but the location is still first-rate, close to everything, the service is excellent, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and, although we had no meals at the hotel, we are sure that it excels there also. The hotel is surrounded by many good restaurants, and there is something to see and do for everyone within easy walking distance. Particularly convenient is the parking, valet style. We would choose the Park Inn again at our next stay. |

Good location. Close to shops, amenities. Staff were very helpful and very polite. Nothing to dislike about this hotel. I would however like to see tea making facilities in the room. |

Die hoteleigenen Zusatzleistungen (Parkmöglichkeiten, Parkwächter, Sauna- Wellnesereich) waren sehr positiv. Grundsätzlich war alles in Ordnung aber die Geräte des Sportbereiches könnten etwas moderner und vielfältiger sein. |

Sehr zentrale Lage, nur ein paar Schritte zur Fußgängerzone und zum Weihnachtsmarkt sowie zur U-Bahn-Station. Offenbar verfügt das Hotel über ältere und neuere Zimmer. Ausstattung und Zustand meines Zimmers waren ziemlich veraltet mit gewöhnungsbedürftigen Farbkombinationen. Auch war das Zimmer deutlich kleiner als die auf den Fotos abgebildeten, jedoch ausreichend. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Steckdose für die hierzulande gängigen Stecker. Sauberkeit war ok, bis auf den Fußboden (u.a. hatte mein Vorgänger offenbar einen Kugelschreiber aus einem anderen Hotel neben dem Bett verloren, den man dort freundlicherweise für mich liegen ließ). |

Die Lage In einem Hotel dieser Preislage erwarte ich ein sauberes Badezimmer, so wie einen kostenfreien Safe, beides war leider nicht der Fall. Da die Parksituation vor Ort Katastrophal ist wurde mein Wagen gegen eine Gebühr von 13,50 € auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz geparkt. |

Ligging in en nabij het centum van Dortmund is goed. Wij hadden een juniorsuite geboekt, maar die hebben wij volgens ons niet gekregen, De omschrijving van de kamer is als volgt: Een kamer met 6 stoelen en tafel en toilet, bad en douche. Een aparte slaapkamer met toilet en douche. Het bed was 130 breed en 1,90 a 2,00 meter lang, erg krapjes voor 2 volwassenen en erg onhandig om als achter liggende persoon (het bed was tegen een muur geplaatst) er s'nachts uit te moeten. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is naar ons inziens niet reeel, wij zijn dan ook erg ontevreden. Wij hebben gevraagd om een andere kamer naar dan moest er weer worden bijbetaald. Voor de prijs van 511,00 euro exclusief het ontbijt hadden we zeker meer verwacht. Liften waren overbezet en de trap niet in gebruik. Dus en nu? |

Die Lage - direkt in der Innenstadt. Zimmergröße war o.k. Gutes Frühstück. Das obwohl das Hotel zu der Zeit komplett ausgebucht war, in dem Moment die Renovierungsarbeiten in der Lobby angestoßen wurden. Frühstück mit 17,50 EUR zu teuer. |

schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal, gute Lage das Frühstück: es gab keine frischen Semmeln mehr, die Körnersemmeln waren aus, keine Crossaints, die Muffins waren '"Billigprodukte" schmeckten überhaupt nicht..... |
