We liked the atmosphere, the staff were very friendly. Also loved the bed and bed linnen. We missed english channels on the tv. |

hotel itself is very nicce we were not told about major power equipment in use from 9am to about 4pm.next to our room. The wellness site was not at all available and there was no information about that at the time of booking. We did change the room but this should not happen in such a hotel. |

Grosszügige, irgendwie geschichtsträchtige Athmosphäre an idelaler, ruhiger Lage. Aufmerksames Personal. Reichaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und gute Küche. Im Restaurant könnte das Angebot an Fischen und Meeresfrüchten durchaus grösser sein. |

kostenfreier Parkplatz und W-LAN Baustelle im Haus - Wellness - Bereich und Zimmer werden überarbeitet und sind nur eingeschränkt bis nicht nutzbar -- außen eine weitere Baustelle - Arbeiten beginnen um 8.00 Uhr. -- neu renovierte Zimmer nur mit Dusche und sehr klein - W-Lan nur teilweise verfügbar - |

Sehr schönes, Efeu-umranktes Haus mit Stil und Atmosphäre, herrliche Terasse und Garten mit toller Aussicht. Gehobene Einrichtung, die gleichzeitig viel Behaglichkeit verströmt. Zum Frühstück war die Milch aus, so gab es keinen Milchkaffee und keine Milch für's Müsli. Das hat man mir mitgeteilt, es hat sich aber niemand darum bemüht, Milch zu besorgen (was doch eigentlich eine Sache von 10 Minuten wäre). Das fand ich schwach für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. |

der sehr zuvorkommende Service, die Einrichtung der Zimmer und die erfreuliche und kompetente Art, wie das Personal auf unsere Beschwerde wegen der Lärmbelästigung reagiert hat. Ja, es fanden Renovierungsarbeiten statt, die von Ihnen als Hotelvermitter nicht mitgeteilt worden sind. Als wir ankamen, war es nicht mehr möglich ein anderes, wenn auch teueres Zimmer zu nehmen oder in ein anderes Hotel umzuziehen.Kurz vor 7 Uhr fingen die Baggerarbeiten an und die Arbeiter weigerten sich natürlich, ihre Arbeiten einzustellen. Zukünftig erwarte ich vorherige Benachrichtigung. |

Vi havde en junior-suit til ca. 200 € per nat og værelset lignede mere et standard værelse i størrelse end en junior-suit. Desuden havde vi forventet at, da det var en junior-suit, ville der være udsigt til hotellets have og fjorden men vi fik et rum med udsigt til hotellets baghave. Vi syntes i det hele taget ikke at vi fik særlig meget for pengene. |

Schöne Lage in Villengegend von Kiel / Schönes großes Grundstück (parkähnlich) mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten / wunderschöne Frühstücksterasse!! Etwas unaufmerksames Personal am Empfang sowie beim Frühstücksbuffet (z.B. mangelhaftes Nachfüllen von Speiseangeboten) / etwas verbesserungswürdige Badreinigung |
