The hotel is easy to find, it's in a good position within the city. The room was clean, the breakfast was perfect. The stuff was kind and really helpful. And this is a pet-friendly place! |

Bereakfast buffet was very good. Needing to go to the third floor to get a room with two beds. Hard for one of us who is 87 years old. But there were no other rooms for us on lower floors. |

The location was excellent as it was in the town center. It had underground car park facilities which were unique and allowed 8 cars to park in the space for 4 (however a tight space and not easy to manouvre your car). Excellent breakfast. Initially we we given a smoking room, but requested a change which was given with no hassle. On checking out I tried to paid via credit card, but the card machine did not accept the card (Card was used before and after this stay with no hassle). Had to pay by cash (One night stay). Could be an issue for guests staying for longer periods |

The staff were very friendly, and the proximity of the hotel to the centre of Passau and to the main train station was very good. The lack of air conditioning in the room, meant it was hot and stuffy at times. |
