It was clean with friendly and helpful personal (except one woman in the reception who couldn´t say "hello"!) and with rather good price and parking abilities! It´s located some distance from the centre, but the sub runs just outside the hotel with only 10 min to downdown! |

Value for money, excellent location of the hotel to the city - subway just outside the hotel, staff's friendliness, great breakfast, very clean, stylish and well designed hotel room and bathroom! The pillows and mattresses were too soft (maybe this is what Germans like?) - whilst overall happy, can't say we slept well. |

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück und mit allen Toilettenartikeln versehenes Badezimmer. |

Freundlichkeit U. Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter; Sehr gute Anbindung an öpnv (U-Bahn direkt vorm Hotel, bis Landungsbrücken ca. 20 Min.); dz auf der Hotelrückseite ruhig gelegen (hatten Nr. 314) - Größe okay, mit Kühlschrank, sauber; Vielfalt beim Frühstück war okay - allerdings sollte man nicht zu spät aufstehen, da schwindende Auswahl;gute Lokalitäten in der Nähe Die weichen Matrazen sind Geschmackssache; wichtig: Man sollte bei der Buchung eines dz unbedingt angeben, dass man ein Doppelbett haben möchte, da in manchen Zimmern zwei einzelne Betten stehen, die sich aufgrund baulicher Gegebenheiten nicht bzw. Schlecht zusammen stellen lassen!!! |
