nice rooms, friendly, multilingual staff, clean, great location - next to the underground 10 minutes away from citi centre. double beds were 2 single beds which weren't fixed together. |

The room was a good value for the money and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, I can't say enough good things about the breakfast. The only suprise was that the breakfast was at additional charge and not included in the room price....but worth it. |

It was clean with friendly and helpful personal (except one woman in the reception who couldn´t say "hello"!) and with rather good price and parking abilities! It´s located some distance from the centre, but the sub runs just outside the hotel with only 10 min to downdown! |

Das Personal war freundlich, die Ausstattung des Zimmer war sehr ordentlich. Positiv war auch, dass das Hotel über einen eigenen Parkplatz( hinter dem Haus) verfügt. 12 € für ein Frühstück finde ich überteuert. Option habe ich auch nicht wahrgenommen. |

Die Servicebereitschaft der Mitarbeiter Das Doppelbett hatte eine Breite von 1,40 m. Und dies ohne vorherigen Hinweis. Absolut nicht akzeptierbar. Durch das Mc Donald Restaurant im Erdgeschoß mit Lüftungsausbläser unmittelbar unter den Hotelfenstern konnte man wählen zwischen abgestandem Fettgeruch bei geschlossenem Fenster und frischem Fettgeruch bei geöffnetem Fenster. |

Super Anbindung an das HH-Verkerhsnetz.U-Bahn Station direkt vor dem Hoteleingang. Die Zimmer zur Starße etwas laut - direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Busbahnhof. Die relativ guten schalldichten Fenster haben die Sache aber erträglich gemacht. |

Das grosse Zimmer und freundliche Bad hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Frühstückbuffet hat mir von der Qualität nicht so ganz gefallen. Der frische Fruchtsalat war super. Kaffee war leider etwas lau. Die Bettwäsche machte auf uns einen nicht sehr frischen eindruck. Wir haben noch Haare gefunden auf dem Kopfkissen. Es gibt schlimmeres und wir waren nur zum Schlafen im Hotel daher ganz ok. |
