It was clean with friendly and helpful personal (except one woman in the reception who couldn´t say "hello"!) and with rather good price and parking abilities! It´s located some distance from the centre, but the sub runs just outside the hotel with only 10 min to downdown! |

Value for money, excellent location of the hotel to the city - subway just outside the hotel, staff's friendliness, great breakfast, very clean, stylish and well designed hotel room and bathroom! The pillows and mattresses were too soft (maybe this is what Germans like?) - whilst overall happy, can't say we slept well. |

gute Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, da sich Busbahhof sowie U-Bahn-Station direkt vor dem Hotel befinden das Doppelzimmer war ziemlich klein außerdem waren Vorhänge sowie Bettwäsche mit Dreckflecken behaftet; in der Toilette waren die Exkremente der vorherigen Gäste ersichtlich |

günstige Verkehrslage durch die U-Bahn und somit konnte man schnell im Zentrum von Hamburg sein und die Hamburg-Card, die gleich im Preis mit enthalten war. |

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, etwas ausserhalb aber sehr gut mit der U-Bahn vom HBF erreichbar. Man kann auch als Frau alleine dieses Hotel empfehlen , Umgebung ist ok vielleicht die etwas zu weichen Matrazen aber daß empfindet jeder anders.Teppichboden im Zimmer teilweise fleckig |

Le professionnalisme du personnel de l'accueil. Le petit déjeuner copieux et typiquement allemand. Les carrées de chocolat sur l'oreiller. L'accès rapide et simple au centre ville et à l'aéroport. il n'existe pas de plaquette de présentation en français. |
