The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. They provided all sorts of information, transport schedule, activity list, mobile card activation, etc. The location was pretty nice, quite convenient to go into Bonn city centre (direct bus of 18 minutes), but it's also near the nature with nature walks around. As it's located in the countryside (or nearer to nature), it wasn't such a good idea to open the windows during the night, as there were huge insects coming into the room. But the hotel staff was quick to respond. |

The quiet and surrounding We ask for a sandwich 5 minutes after 11h pm and the reception said that was closed at 11h you must be more flexible. |

- Professional and friendly staff. very quiet and nice location. Very good swimming and Sauna facilities. Large & practical rooms. Good bus connection to Bonn city centre. Very clean in the rooms and in common areas. - No wi-fi connection. Emergency exits seems to be used for other purposes ( blocked with different suit carregas/food carregas and goods deliveries). I hope the hotel manager can read this and do something about the situation. |

The staff members were very professional, helpful, and friendly. The service was excellent. In addition, the location of the hotel was peaceful and quiet on the edge of a forest and near a neighborhood. It was nice to have a balcony overlooking the woods. The breakfast was quite good. I would recommend the hotel highly. Just a small item - The hotel has glass doors in the bathrooms in the room. This was a bit strange, since you could kind of see through them. |

Eneste grunn var beliggenhet i forhold til jobb. Hotellet ligger vanskelig tilgjengelig men er nok beregnet for de som skal besøke universitetet.Frokost er svindyrt 20,- euro Dropp hotellet hvis du kan. |

De rustige, vriendelijke atmosfeer. Mooie ligging, goed restaurant.Attent personeel: theedrinkers kregen aparte theekopjes. Taxi werd aangevraagd en kwam precies op tijd. Water in de hal en op de kamer.Ruime badkamer met genoeg mogelijkheden om de eigen tioletbenodigdheden op te ruimen. |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und waren rundum zufrieden. Besonders lobend ist das Frühstück zu erwähnen. |
