- Professional and friendly staff. very quiet and nice location. Very good swimming and Sauna facilities. Large & practical rooms. Good bus connection to Bonn city centre. Very clean in the rooms and in common areas. - No wi-fi connection. Emergency exits seems to be used for other purposes ( blocked with different suit carregas/food carregas and goods deliveries). I hope the hotel manager can read this and do something about the situation. |

The staff members were very professional, helpful, and friendly. The service was excellent. In addition, the location of the hotel was peaceful and quiet on the edge of a forest and near a neighborhood. It was nice to have a balcony overlooking the woods. The breakfast was quite good. I would recommend the hotel highly. Just a small item - The hotel has glass doors in the bathrooms in the room. This was a bit strange, since you could kind of see through them. |

nice staff, nice location, very flexible about checking in times which was much appreciated cleaning trolleys were left in the hall outside my suite for the whole weekend, there was also a bad smell in the hall outside my suite |
