Rooms with balcony overlooks the castles. Can't beat the view.

Staff definitely caters to those staying longer than overnight. You are given an assigned dining table, ours was out in the sunroom and we felt removed from the nice dining restaurant experience. We paid the same price but felt "put out"... Even when we saw empty seats in the dining room, we were required to sit outside the dining room. I would stay here only for the view, not the dining.

Position

The staff were very surley and off handed, also the seating arrangements for the resaurants seemed as if they were graded by the price of your room.my wife and I were told to move from our table half ways through our breakfast as we sat at the wrong table and the attitude of the waitress was not accepetable at all.

Peace and quiet, walked around, it's rural, we like that, plenty to do, toured the Old town of Fussen,Lechfall, toured the castles,used the spa faciliities. we loved it and would certainly stay here again without hesitation

I think you should have explained the hotel's services more such as the need for a reservations for dinner, get your own table that you keep throughout your reservation,about the spa cellar and how to operate them. maybe give a tour of them. We would have used them more frequntly if only we knew ahead of time.I knew threre was a spa just didn't know where it was.Thought we had to go to CrytalTherm

The location of the hotel was terrific and the view of the castles and Alps from our balcony was wonderful

The restaurant had limited hours and closed earlier than posted for dinner. The staff was marginally helpful with recommendation for other places to eat.

Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Halbpension ist nicht empféhlenswert, Preis - Leistung für Mittagessen nicht i.O.

スイートの部屋からの眺めは最高だった。二つの城と山の間にさえぎるものがないので、素晴らしい景色を独占できる気分が味わえる。また、レストランは観葉植物があちこちに置いてありとても雰囲気が良かった。夕食にサラダビュッフェがあったのも感激だった。味も大変満足できるものだった。

サウナもスパもあるホテルで備品の説明にバスローブと書いてあったし、部屋もスイートだったので当然スリッパはあると思ったのになかった。サウナにあるかと思って行ったがそこにもない。係りに聞くと何とスリッパは有料（3ユーロ）で買えと言う。仕方なく買ったが、サウナに入った後ブーツ（外は雪が積もっていた）をはいて、あるいは裸足で部屋に戻れというのだろうか。ヨーロッパでサウナのあるような他のホテルでは、部屋にはもちろんサウナにも替えのスリッパが置いてある。スリッパぐらい置いておくべきではないだろうか。

Horaires de service du déjeuner trop limités dans ce lieu touristique où il est difficile de respecter des horaires aussi rectrictifs avec impossibilité d'avoir une collation 10 mn après la fin du service. Nous n'avons pas pu avoir un repas à la carte le soir - il n'y avait qu'un buffet. Connaissance de l'allemand indispensable selon personnel

Prachtige kamer met geweldig uitzicht, en een zeer goed restaurant.

Hadden gevraagt naar mooi uitzicht en kregen het ook met het grootste balcon/terras

牧場の向こうにお城と山を眺めることが出来る絶好のロケーション。サウナとりラクゼーションの設備が整っていたので自転車でお城めぐりをした後にゆったりとした時間をすごせました。

ホテルの貸自転車の整備と予約システムが良くない。借りたい時はチェックイン時に即申し入れるべきであるが、良い自転車が当たる保証はない。
