Funky style, free tea and coffee, large showers and comfortable beds The TV didn't work and we were told it would be mended the next morning but it wasn't mended until the following evening |

Great location, walking distance from city center and great park around the corner. Very nice rooms, hotel is as amazing in design as shown on the website. Great and smart concept where some (nonsense) services like roomservice are cut down in favour of a do-it-yourself coffee / tea / water corner (with much better coffee than with any room boiler --> Nespresso!). In one word: a great hotel! |

great location to go uot and see the city, entrance and the rooms also very cool didn't realise it at the time but now understand why its called chic and basic, the hotel is very trendy and the rooms are clean and nice but there is virtually no services offered. i.e. if you need a coffee you go a little area on the first floor and make it your self, no drinks apart from a vending machine and no room service. Evenything you could want though is on your doorstep |

Excellent concept where the guests "help themselves": no room-service but basically you can get anything you need (i.e. free coffee, tea and bottled water, late-night meals, etc.). Very good Internet access. Very creative design (though my designer wife was not that impressed, but still: a very welcome detour from "other" hotels). The receptionists were also very helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The toiletries were scarce: only a small piece of soap, no shower cap, no cloth for cleanning shoes. Though you get a bottle of nice shower gel. You get only one glass in the room - in such hotel one expects two sterilised/packed glasses per room. |

Amazing hotel...unique in all the most important ways...comfortable beds and beautiful decor...great place to make a romantic getaway rooms were a little small. had a little trouble keeping the bathroom floor dry with overflow from the showers |

The staff were extremely helpful, location is fantasic and there are some excellent tapas bars nearby. I had asked for a twin room but we got a double, however the staff quickly setup another single bed in our room. The room was ideal for couples but not friends sharing, the shower is very open, not ideal if you need privacy. |
