Great spacious room (deluxe), though the floor coating laminate was a bit squeaky

Breakfast was a bit too basic compared to the room and overall hotel quality

Excellent room (Deluxe on the 8th floor), very good bed ;), various breakfast, polite staff

It will be more convenient for guests if detail information about services (SPA, TV using in the room, etc) is in the room. It could be describing or welcoming booklet. We have found only advertising brochures. I think it's more good than call to receiption for explanation.

a smaller room.

Friendliness of staff, design and quality of rooms, excellent location.

I asked for the third bed in one of the four rooms when completing the booking.com application, but the hotel was not aware of this (though in another room they conveniently provided a baby cot, which I also asked for).
