The location was excellent! Right in the center of things, the tram stopped 1/2 block from the hotel entrance, great restaurants and shops. Delightful! It was very hot for Helsinki when we were there and the air conditioning struggled. I would have liked to open the windows as sometimes it was cooler outside than in, but the windows are hermetically sealed. |

Hotel's staff attitude - always smiled and was glad to help, room's design and comfort, breakfast menu - food quality and hotel's location - in the middle of Helsinki center. |

Perfect location in the centre of the city. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, room was comfortable and spacious, very nice bathroom. Wifi for free. |

the convenient position and location They tried to say they had not recieved the booking request and tried to put us in another hotel well outside the city centre because there was a big football match on and I think they were over booked. |

Perfect location, just in the very heart of Helsinki, close to all main places of interest, very nice spacious and elegant room, very friendly and helpfull stuff, nice breakfast! It was great!!! |

Very good location, in the centre of Helsinki, very nice rooms, reasonable price, good buffet lunch, free wi-fi internet. I think it's very good place for staying during business trips. I wanted to see football match Chelsea - Barcelona, but all sport channels showed only hokkey (Finland - USA). I think it would be useful to provide guests with at least one football channel. |

+central location in a good place +spacious rooms + modern design +nice facilities -no restaurant in the hotel (it is being renovated) -slippers for sale at 5 EUR -be prepared to spend another 50-100 EUR for extras |
