Excellent central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Internet availability in room. Good lighting and quiet. Two very minor quibbles - not enough towel rails in bathroom and squeaky timber floor in bedroom. |

We were upgraded without any extra cost to a suite! Maybe due to the fact that I spent my 70's birthday one of these days?? Two lamps in the room didn't function and we asked for help. After 24 hours we had to push again for assistance to come and they did! |
