The general ambience and location plus the tolerance of the friendly night porter who was quite patient with our nocyurnal meanderings. I was almost charged for phone calls that wern`t made......a small problem that was rectified by the manager. |

Check in was quick and friendly, our party had booked 5 rooms and all were clean and comfortable. It is a 2star good basic hotel in a good central position. Can be street noise at night so if you like sleeping with window open be warned.Stayed fri, sat and sunday. It would have been nice to have tea making facility and somewhere to hang the shower head instead of having to hold it in your hand. |

Hotel Staff friendly and helpful. Location very convenient in city centre. Your details said there was a bar but there wasn't one in service at the time we were there. The room had no chairs. There was a lot of noise at night from a nearby club. The car park was only suitable for small cars and this was not clear from your details. |

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Proximity to centre. Relaxed atmosphere we settled in very quickly. We were accidentally charged for an extra night's stay which was soon sorted. |

It was in a good location, near the train station and near two metro stops. The wifi was not free and the hot water did not want to come out, you had to run the tap for ten minutes before the water came out hot instead of cold or luke warm. |

The man working in a reception was very nice and helpful. Also the room was nice, tidy and comfortable, even though it was a bit noisy during the night. The street was a bit noisy, so it was impossible to sleep with an open window. |

The helpfulness of the staff and the location. The only glitch was some late night noise from neighbours across the road and/or passers by.One time 4am.in the morning. |
