The hotel desk person was very welcoming and friendly and our room was good enough for one night stay. The location is not the best. Yes, it is near the cathedral/town center, but it seems to be in an area where many homeless are hanging around. The room was extremely plain and bed not very comfy. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in Rouen for similar price, the value was not reflected. |

Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good for its price. Bathroom is quiet small. This is not the kind of hotel to stay a whole week, but for one or two days it's perfect! |

The hotel was in the centre within a short walking distance to the cathedral etc. The staff, (who I assumed to be the owners) were very friendly indeed and it made a change from staying in hotel chains with emploed staff. Parking was available which was very helpful, and they allowed us to leave the car there on the last day when we went sight seeing. The hotel is a little quaint but I liked that. |

This is an excellent lower price hotel with a very central location for the Rouen sites and shopping. Friendly, smiling staff plus the typical French continental breakfast (extra at EUR7 p.p.). This is a budget hotel with 2 stars so if you're looking for luxury, go elsewhere. |

hotel staff realy freindly and helpfull, will return to hotel in future hotel was exelent for our trip as we are five guys on motor bikes touring normandy beaches and surrounding citys, breakfast was exelent , rooms clean and tidy, off road parking exelent for five bikes in secure garage, location was exelent smack in middle of town centre, many thanks adam. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place was very clean, and the location was very good for us - right on the edge of to the interesting old part of town. Room was way too crowded for three - had to move the third bed to access the cupboard. Glass door on the bathroom. Very few power outlets. Wifi very poor. |

Staff were very friendly and provided good recommendations for food etc. Secure parking was good. Area streets were crowded and it wouldn't be easy to find parking. Location was good as it was close to food, shopping and sites. For the money, it was a good value. The bathroom would not be good if a person had any issues with mobility. It was a very large step up into the shower and the shower was poorly lit. I understood from some reviews that refurbishing was taking place. I would say it had not happened to our room as of our stay. I wouldn't say it was suitable for an extended stay but for a couple of nights it is fine. |

Good location, helpful staff. Bookable private parking is good and a must, since nearby streets are full of cars. The room is reasonable for sleeping (1 night), but don't expect much. The room looked old and the bathroom smelled funny. Opening the window solved this problem, but then it was noisy (the noise-sealing of the window was otherwise surprisingly good). Althogether the quality was in line with the price, but I would not have liked to stay here for long. |
