Good location, quiet, close to parking The annex opposite the main hotel building, which we were staying in, was freezing. The electric radiator was hanging off the wall and was inadequate to heat the room. The building smelled strongly of gas. The electrics tripped out in the whole building, but was fixed quickly. Shower leaked. The hotel seemed badly maintained. |

We were in the old part and had to walk uphill to bed the room was on such a slope!! we had no hot water the evening we arrived or the following morning - not good in minus temperatures. We were allowed to use another room to shower - eventually!! |

The location in the old town was excellent The heating in cold wet November was utterly inadequate even when it was on (which I had to ask them too).The breakfast room was draughty and freezing as well |

C'est calme et bien situé dans saint Malo. La chambre est petite mais propre. Voilà ! Le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop sucré. Il n'y a pas assez de fruits, de fromage et de yaourts sans sucre. Il faudrait aussi du pain complet et du Muesli. Cela devrait être plus équilibré et le petit déjeuner est important. |

prima locatie. Parkeergelegenheid, na reservering, goed in orde. Behulpzaam personeel. Boeking 78,- ex ontbijt en ex. parkeergelegenheid. Inzage in andere rekeningen bleek dat het veel goedkoper had gekund in hetzelfde hotel. Dit is geen formele klacht. |

Surtout la situation puisque l'Hotel est dans la cité fortifiée. La possibilité d'utiliser le parking de l'hotel Le parking est mal placé et assez cher ( 15 euros) et les véhicules ne sont pas garés correctement! Gestion par l'hotel? |

chambre et salle de bain très propres, hotel bien situé, un deuxième bouton pour la grande lumière tout près du lit problèmes avec l'eau chaude, chauffage insuffisant (surtout dans la salle à manger), mauvaise insonorisation |

城壁内で立地条件は最高です! スタッフさんも感じがよく、いろんな質問にも丁寧に答えてくれました。 ２泊したのですが、タオル等がそのままでした。新しい物にに変えて欲しかったです。あと、床のホコリが少し気になりました。 |

Le chauffage en arrivant n'était pas mis, ensuite la télé ne fonctionnait pas et pour prendre sa douche il fallait attendre au moins 10 min pour que l'eau chaude arrive ! !! les draps et housses du lit etaient en mauvais état. J'ai été très déçu de l'hotel ! |

La localisation est super. L'ambience est tranquile. Même si la chambre et le toilette/salle de bain sont propres, il y a un odeur mauvais qui sort du sanitaire après l'utilisation... |
