Hotel staff very helpful and the hotel neat. Breakfast and dinner very good. It is very close to town and every meaningful landmarks. |

Quiet but central location, great room, close to loads of restaurants and tram, easy to walk down to river Leaving... although we did stay in Bordeaux region for a few more days |

The breakfast was nice. I specifically chose this hotel because it had central air however it did not work in my room and the hotel staff didn't offer to change my room! |

The service I was allocated an older room with stains on the carpet which I suspect was because I had a pet with me. I paid extra to have the small dog in the room, and as such, don't feel that I should have been given one of the older rooms in the hotel. The room was not like website photos. |

It was within walking distance of city centre. It was clean. Staff spoke OK English. There was no atmosphere in the hotel. It was very expensive, especially as breakfast was not included. Not good value for money. Wouldn't stay there again, at least not at the rate we paid. |

Staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel is a bit out of the centre, and the Standard room did not feel 4 star or value for money at 200 Euros a night. |

Het ontbijt was bijzonder lekker en uitgebreid.De keuken van dit hotel mag er ook wezen.Het personeel was uitermate behulpzaam en vriendelijk.Een hotel waar ik zou terugkeren. |
