La gentilezza del personale. Le camere sobrie ed essenziali ma pulite e confortevoli e la vicinanza con le vie principali. La discesa per il parcheggio. |

Hotel carino con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Staff molto gentile: ci hanno dato la possibilità di scegliere tra 2 tipi di stanza. |

lo stabile sembra appena ristrutturato, come nuovo fa molto caldo e manca l'aria condizionata, non c'è un frigo bar in camera, manca il bide' in bagno, |

The location was great. It was very conveniently located with an easy access to light rail, car park, and a supermarket. The facilities need renovation. We stayed at the apart section of the hotel, which the hotel charged extra for cleaning, bad sheets and towels etc. |

I liked that the hotel was situated in the centre, 15 minutes walk from the beach, nearby there was market every day selling fruits and vegetables. There was no air conditioner, only a fan. So if the window was left open for the night in hope of getting some fresh cooler air during night, it was quite noisy. |

The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The room was clean and the facilities adequate. The terrace garden with sunbeds was an added bonus and pleased our teenage daughter. |

We had a choice or room when we checked in, very nice option. Room was large, clean and roomy. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value for money, had many types of breakfast foods, not just bread. Close to train station, laundromat and shopping. Staff could converse in many languages. |

The staff was pleasant. Not located as close to the old town as I would have liked, and the room was rather disappointing. It was rather worn out - like a dorm room or hostel room. My wife wasn't impressed, but we made the best of it as it was only for one night. The underground parking is also very tight for anything but a compact vehicle. |

The staff was very kind and willing to help. The hotel is very close to the main street where you can take a tram for the old city. There is a big car park just next to the hotel which is free on sundays. The lift is ssssslllloooowww... :) |

Friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and comfort of the room. When we arrived we were given a choice of two rooms and were able to choose the ones we preferred - all were good, but we chose the sunnier ones. The hotel is near the bottom of the price range and excellent as a 'cheap' hotel. It feels safe and secure, is clean and comfortable. |

We stayed in a studio room and it was perfect, the staff were very nice and helpful and all spoke perfect english. I loved the place. So refreshing to find a nice place to stay. We wanted to stay longer. Thank you and well done - keep it up. We liked everything, except we had to leave too soon. |

Location, excellent staff, absolutely perfect croissants and great coffee for breakfast, free internet connection, etc... The entrance to the garage could be just a bit easier, but beside that everything is great! |
