Very functional. Efficient staff. No noise. The rooms stay cool even on a very hot summer day. You have special prices when you want a single room. The breakfast seemed really dull, considering you have to pay 8 euros for it. The rooms are rather plain - no charm at all. |

It is right in the heart of the main cbd of Reims and close to the Station, very convenient! We had no hot water for showers in the evening or morning so Reception gave us a % discount on our room in cash as we had already paid the bill the nite before... Very much appreciated! No hot water overnite!! The rooms are in a bad state, missing carpet and in general disrepair, tv, fridge & lights were not working when we entered the room - I fixed tv & lights but fridge was broken. WiFi does not work as they suggest - if you need it for work, insist on trying it in your room before you accept the room as the connection seems to be worse as you get higher in the building. |

It was close to the city center. The directions were pretty bad making it difficult to find. There is an elevator on the first floor, reception on the second floor, and easy access to dark corridors for rooms making security somewhat questionable. Also we had a TV but no channels. We told the front desk about it and she said she would take care of it. Nonetheless, nothing was done and the TV never worked. |

La posizione molto centrale, in zona pedonale. Il prezzo piuttosto contenuto. La scadente manutenzione delle camere (pavimento, bagno). La mancanza di un armadio. La scarsa assistenza alla reception (alla partenza la persona presente parlava solo francese!). Le non informazioni sulla modalità della colazione. |

とにかく狭かった。。。清潔さだけがホッとできるところでした。23時でフロントの人も居なくなってしまうので、もし鍵が開かなかったり、トラブルが有ったら･･･って考えると心配です。両隣・上下・老化の音まで丸聞こえです。駅からも思ったより近くはなかったです。ま、安さから言ったらしょうがないのかな。。。 |

J'ai changé de chambre, rien ne fonctionnait dans la premiére, pas de sas dans les chambre pour couper le bruit du couloir, et du bruit toute la nuit, pas d'insonorisation entre les chambres. |

son emplacement au centre ville - pas de ticket de parking à tarif réduit alors qu'annoncé à la reservation - pas de prise électrique rasoir ou autre dans la salle de bain une seule prise enservice: celle de la salle de la chambre - pas de volet ou de store à la fenetre pour cacher la lumière - la chambre n'était pas faite à 16 heures |
