We were unexpectedly accompanied by our daughter on arrival at the hotel. Staff very obligingly provided an extra bed in the room at no additional charge. Air conditioning worked very well indeed and though the neighbourhood was lively the windows did a good job of keeping out the noise.

It has a sweet garden at the back but no chairs to sit in it, which would have been nice.

Stayed at the hotel D'Orsay with friends over the bank holiday weekend, It has a superb location near the main train station and the local nightlife. The hotel staff were most accomadating and made the stay very pleasurable. Would definiteley use them again.

The staff were cheerful and helpful.

The area is a little dicey, though convenient to the train station.

Loved the hotel, staff fantastic, rather dodgy area

The staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The Hotel is right next to the Station, so was perfect for our needs, as we stayed 1 night and needed to be at the station early in the morning. The breakfast was very good, and beatifully presented, and included in our rate, so the package was very good value.

In the hallway there was an almost unbearably strong smell of cleaning products, and our bed was two singles put togethor with two sets of blankets, I don't know if we were given the wrong room type, or all doubles are like this. It didn't act like a double as you fell through the gap in the middle..
