We were unexpectedly accompanied by our daughter on arrival at the hotel. Staff very obligingly provided an extra bed in the room at no additional charge. Air conditioning worked very well indeed and though the neighbourhood was lively the windows did a good job of keeping out the noise. It has a sweet garden at the back but no chairs to sit in it, which would have been nice. |

Stayed at the hotel D'Orsay with friends over the bank holiday weekend, It has a superb location near the main train station and the local nightlife. The hotel staff were most accomadating and made the stay very pleasurable. Would definiteley use them again. |

The staff were cheerful and helpful. The area is a little dicey, though convenient to the train station. |

Agnes and Jerome, the owners/managers, together with Anna looked after us over the three days that we were there. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel situated close to Railway Station, and was central for all our needs. The accommodation is simple but met our requirements and we are happy to give it a "thumbs up". If we are in Toulouse again, we would be happy to stay there. |

Close to the railway station and Hertz Car Rental. We liked its simplicity and the staff were helpful. Good breakfast with lots of choice. |

Very helpful staff, able to help us in english (our french is limited), breakfast was available early for early check out. Very clean. Excellent location for using the train or transport from the airport. It is in a somewhat rough part of the city although we were not bothered and the noise was not a problem in our room. |

The staff were excellent and the parking was very convenient and secure. It was next to a sex shop and a red light type area. It was also very old fashoned with tired decor. |

The Hotel is right next to the Station, so was perfect for our needs, as we stayed 1 night and needed to be at the station early in the morning. The breakfast was very good, and beatifully presented, and included in our rate, so the package was very good value. In the hallway there was an almost unbearably strong smell of cleaning products, and our bed was two singles put togethor with two sets of blankets, I don't know if we were given the wrong room type, or all doubles are like this. It didn't act like a double as you fell through the gap in the middle.. |
