Location, and the stunning views across the beaches. Nothing wrong with the hotel, but out of season, Biarritz was very quiet. |

Very nice view of the sea from our room, hotel restarant was very good also, good location The lack of info in hotel room, was only provided in French, the beds were uncomfortable, we got a 4 bed studio this would only suit family of 3/4 not 2 couples. |

It was a Studio Apararment with Kitchen facilities, quite spacious for a Studio with a lovely balcony. The blonde receptionist had reasonable English and was very helpful. She allowed us to leave one piece of luggage behind us while we travelled to Lourdes overnight. We returned to the same room in the hotel on our return. Totally enjoyed our stay at the hotel. |

It was a Sudiio Apartment with kitchen facilities which were excellent.The Studio was fine and spacious with a lovely balcony on the fifth floor. Nothing but good to relate about the hotel. Had dinner in the Restaurant one evening and it was excellent also. |

the receptionist on arrival was excellant she spoke perfect english and helped us with questions on Biarritz and the position of the hotel was in a superb position Thankyou we will come and stay again |

Got fantastic studio, 6th floor - view over city and lighthouse etc. Lovely staff, renovated and very clean. Excellent location, close to everything. Hilly walk back up to hotel but it wasn't a problem for us. |

Check in wasnt until 2pm, we arrived at 10am so went to the hotel to see if we could leave our bags until check-in. Our room was ready so we were in our room by just gone 10am!! Rooms are a good size and clean and from what we saw of the hotel staff, they appeared to be friendly and helpful, no problems arranging taxi to the airport on the way home. |

Studio apartment was very clean, very comfortable, and well equipped. Great location. Sea view from balcony was lovely. Quiet hotel (most guests - we stayed in October - appeared to be pensioners) Thought security at reception was lax. We weren't asked for our passports or any identification at check-in and nobody appeared to be watching who was coming and going through reception. There was no safe in our apartment. |

The Location and the spacious room and the view of the sea We were interested in something with a bit more charm and character, but there was nothing wrong with the hotel, that is just our preference. |

The Dinner was excellant and the dining room staff were very helpful and we enjoyed eating in the small alcove off the main dining room The Rooms are a bit small for 2 people and would be terrible small for 3 people as it had three beds in it. |
