friendliness of staff, assistance of staff was very impressive, the standard of cleanliness was excellent. the location was superb as it was very convenient to Biarritz centre. the appartments with sea views were outstanding. the pool area was pretty poor and would have benefited from sun loungers rather than chairs. also there was not enough chairs to accomodate all guests so some people had to lie on the grass. kettles should be provided in the appartments |

we liked the location and view. Room was a good size and well equiped. bed comfy. limited info in english and staff stuggling to understand english but some more able to be helpful than others. Lift broke down and still not fixed before we left. Need more seats at pool. Pool not always open. |

Good sized room and balcony. Our room had no view of the sea except from a small corner of the balcony. Looked like evry other room had a great view. Floor and balcony table and chairs were very dirty. Reception staff were surly. |

Proximity to the town, super sea views, cleanliness of rooms. We arrived a day early and asked if it was possible to book in a day early and the staff made a great effort to provide a solution, in a better room, at the same rate we had booked. The reception staff were pretty slow so anytime we approached the desk, we had to wait too long for a simple query. Perhaps they could have a second person at the desk. |

spacious studio very well equiped and clean, beatiful view over the ocean, very good staff, lots of animation for whose who need it, 10 min from a surfing spot, 5 min to the center I had an impression that the water in the swimming pool wasn't heated up to 26 C as claimed, no hairdryer |

Daily room cleaning. Quite spacious family room. Well equipped kitchenette. Draughts and Chess set in main hotel lounge. Terrace overlooking pool. Excellent location close to the centre of Biarritz and numerous restaurants, including some of the best fish restaurants in the old port. Absolutely no need to rent a car as it was so conveniently located. Street noise reflection off nearby buildings. |

The apartments were in a really good location especially for shops and restuarants. The room itself was spotless with towels changed and beds made every day and the view s which were spectacular. Bar staff not that efficient or friendly. Had to wait long times to be served whilst other staff were just talking or hanging around, also ran out of tonic water. |

The location near sea/ markets/ and town area. Our studio for 2 adults, with cooking and dining facilities. on 4th floor with lift, with view of sea and town. Clean studio and change of linen and removal of rubbish, effiscent and unobtrusive. Bar and restaurent facility. Polite genuine staff. Would have liked to have had an electric kettle. Some tables too close together in dining area. A bit difficult for our age group to get into pool, ladder tooshort, safety bar at shallower end of pool not there. |

Fabulous views & a great location, good sized rooms with kitchen facilities, which are great for a party of 3 adults or a family of 4. Very good value for money & parking available onsite. No airconditioning in the rooms and not possible to leave windows open as too noisy outside. Beds not very comfortable especially the bunk beds. |

good position just outside the town but not too far.good veiws because of high elevation of the coast and town external noise because of its position vehicles coming up the hill and then turning off because of the one way system (engine revving). steep climb on foot to and from hotel. |
