I liked the friendly and helpful staff, even thoughmost only spoke limited English, all tried to be as helpful as possible. This is a budget hotel and as such it fullfills its purpose very well. Great value and decent level of security. |

We could walk to the airport! also very good bus links to the center of Nice. It was a little hard actually getting to it, due to the roads - one way streets etc. |

Facilities in room have very good quality. Cheap. There's a bus stop just behind the hotel. You can take 23 to get to railway station (French call it sncf?), or take 10, 9 to city center. It's so far away from the city center Nice Ville. The space of the room is incredebily small, it felt like living in a boat cabin. We had a "sea- view" room, but actually we saw airport, nice planes and a little sea. |

Cleanliness and friendly helpful staff. Not much room to hang clothes especially if staying longer than a weekend, also shower very small. |

They cleaned the room every day, the room itself was very cozy, the bed was great, the Internet is free The pillows are extremely thin, only a couple of the lamps worked, Internet was disconnecting all the time every 15 minutes, so you can't make important calls on Skype, and they don't have any land line you can use in the hotel. There's no bar ): |

There is a garage-parking, the location and the price are perfect. For this price I expected much worse quality of everything. But my worries didn't come true. I am very happy. I would say that is almost 3stars hotel =). Only broken window spoiled my mood for... 5 seconds. |

location very hard to find and a rampant red light district mistook it for a hotel opposite the airport its a good walk especially with baggage.no decent evening food available locally Only two towels in a triple room. Receptionist booked and charged us for breakfast which we didn't want. |

The breakfast consisted of 1 type of cereal, 3 styles of bread, tea or coffee & fresh orange. Would have been nice to have a fillinf for the bread & as in France, a croissant or 2 would not have gone a miss. |

I found access to both airport and city center easy. Rooms were clean and tidy. Excellent value for money. Would stay again. Excellent for a stag weekend or weekend away with the boys for a bit of fun and you need a base. Room card/keys gave trouble every now and again. |
