Although in the process of being refurbishment, which was stated on arrival, the hotel and our room were extremely clean with beatitfully clean bedlinen and towels. It was in a good central location. I would only recommend this hotel at the moment as a stopover facility. There was no lift which was a disadvantage but the staff did offer to take up any luggage for us. Once fully refurbished this hotel would be a good base. |

In our room there was a really lovely giant free standing bathtub. Difficult to shower but it was such a treat to take such a luxurious bath. |

The staff were polite and helpful and explained what was going on locally. Eg they advised us that there was a music festival on that weekend and that it might get noisy. |

The proprietor's helpful approach, the cleanliness of the room and the pleasant view of the park from the room. Secure parking is available. |

The rooms and breakfast are very basic and the walls are very very thin so any other people staying at the same time can be heard quite clearly. The owners are friendly and do admit that they are in the middle of refurbishing but for the price and a one night stay it was o.k. |

We only saw one guy working. Very cute little french hotel. Had giant claw foot bathtub, big enough for 2 people. Bed was comfy, they have fresh baked breakfast, but its 7 euros per person, the guy working knew english. It was a little hard to find in the dark, rooms are much nicer than the hotel looks on the outside. They close reception from 10 or 11 at night until 6 or 7 in the morning. |

Location was good.Mr.Benoit Grancier is likeable and helpful. Stayed there several years ago.....it is now run down compared to then. |

It was close to the Port and off the main road. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were large. I was on the top floor but I couldn't see any fire exits apart from the main stairs. Carpark was difficult to manoeuver but secure. Shower head not fixed to the wall and no shower curtain. |

Breakfast, private parking, staff, bathroom, individual decor in rooms. Didn't read reviews as had stayed there before. Outside appearance doesn't do the inside justice - ongoing refurbishment might include a lick of paint! |

the rooms were done up beautifully with antique furniture and the hotel proprieter was very friendly. There was also a lovely breakfast. The outside of the hotel is a bit scruffy and so does not give as good of an impression of the beautiful interior as it could. |

The character of the hotel was enchanting and the staff were excellent - friendly, informative and very helpful. Unfortunately the TV reception in our room was poor, and the remote did not work - despite the best efforts of the staff. |
