Il personale si è manifestato gentile e molto disponibile. Ottima la localizzazione dell'hotel (centralissima). La camera in cui ho soggiornato era piccola; la colazione molto scarna (dei croissant, nonostante l'origine sia francese, nemmeno l'ombra). Sinteticamente: un modesto tre stelle e nulla di più. |

Staff very helpful esp. when I was leaving at 3a.m. Room very spacious, clean and comfortable.As a sigle traveller, I felt very secure. A bar, or fridge in the room would be good. |

nothing at all.the hotel is a disaster. room very dirty,the area is dark and dirty too,unfriendly staff,awfull breakfast..i will not recomend anybody to stay in this hotel. |

convenient to the train station and the port area, although it was somewhat of a an uphill climb to the station. The furnishings were cheap and dilapidated, and the overhead light panels were filthy. |

It was very handy for the station and there were no problems with check in/out late and early (we were just having a stoppover on our way to somehere else). Also no problems with the online booking/price etc. Nice qiuet room. Only two very small towels (ie one old small bath and one old small hand towel) for two guests and as it was midnight and tired and grubby and we were on the 4th floor we didn't feel like bothering the hall porter for more. |

Excellent location. Actually this is the only reason I decided to stay there. Train station, old port, and any many restaurants are on wlaking distance. Service needs to be improved. Second day when the room was cleaned the person did not put any towels in the barthroom. Me and wife came back in the evening and found out there are no towels or napkins in the bathroom. It took me three telephone calls and a personal visit to the reception in the duration of 40mins to find out that there are no towels in the hotel. |
