The location of the Hotel is very good and major sites like Notre Dame and The Louvre are within walking distance. Breakfast included in the price would have been a bonus. |

Proximity to Latin Quarter, Notre Dame, Isle St. Louis, Les Marais. Easy walking distance to good restaurants and shops. Helpful staff Quite tired and a little noisy in street facing rooms. |

Good breakfast, bathroom not too bad, central location, internet access, staff friendly, morning paper. Elevator extremely small, my wife refused to ride in it. It was hard to get one person and one suitcase in. |

Good sized clean twin room with a couple of chairs and a small table and ample cupboard space. Clean basic bathroom with fantastic water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower (in bath) though the shower head was difficult to control. Quiet with well sealed modern windows. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Lift was fine and we rarely had to wait for it. Pillows were a thin and worn out. Shower fitting could do with modernising. |

best thing about the hotel was the location. the room was a bit out dated and old looking. it was quite small with no real appealing character. |

Generally, the staff at Reception were pleasant and friendly. Lighting in the bedroom was harsh. Lack of mirrors. |

The welcome, room decor especially bare stone walls, residents lounge. A claustrophobically small lift! I'm glad it didn't break down with us in it! |

The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and accomodating. They allowed us to change rooms after the first night, when I became claustrophobic in the sixth floor room (not because of the size of the room, but the size of the elevator). We were moved to a room on the first floor (second floor to Americans), and I could use the stairs. Also, free use of hotel's computer and printer. Good location. Top floor rooms are pretty small, and the water pressure upstairs is weak. And the water temperature fluctuates almost dangerously. Get a room on the lower floors. |

the room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds, able to open window for fresh air,and quiet street and hallway. Coffee or tea in the room would have been fabulous. The water pressure was really low in the shower. |
