lovely staff at front desk! And nice breakfast too, with a cute little coyrtyard. room wasn't equipped with a few things, but they managed to get them for us straight way. |

Clean facilities and a comfortable room for 3 adults. Also, it is located in a convenient location for walking to nearby restaurants. The directions from the website were not accurate. We searched for the hotel for 30 minutes. Also, parking is not easy. Lastly, the first room we received had not been cleaned from the previous guests - dirty towels and unmade beds. However, the staff quickly changed us to another clean room. |

It was cheap - and always found somewhere easy to park Ok. Nothing special - no remote for tv - they didnt replace Shampoo each day, and main light was not working. |

That I could walk to the sea, that the train station was very close by, as was the post office, and there were lots of restaurants nearby also. There was a crack in the toilet seat which was uncomfortable to sit on. There was no hair dryer in the room. One had to ask for it at the reception desk. Their breakfasts were quite expensive (10 euros) considering it was only a continental breakfast. Internet access was not available in the room. One had to sit out on the fire escape or in the lobby. |

family run hotel , everyone very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Their English was also very good. Far better than we expected for the price ! Not keen on other guests having dogs in their bedrooms. |

The lovely garden, the nearness to the station, post, and sea-front. The quietness. The nice staff. Hotel is basically a nice place but must try harder. For the price, we expect fresh coffee (not machine), crisp croissants, fresh bread, properly working electrics, bathroom cleaned daily. If all these were remedied, we would freely recommend the hotel, but not at the moment. |

Il mio soggiorno è stato molto positivo presso questo hotel sicuramente quando tornero à a Juan Les Pins ( e ci vado molto spesso) andrò in questo albergo perchè è vicinissimo al centro ed alle spaigge e le camere sono abbastanza grandi e confortevoli |

Ingenting! Rummen var skitiga, dålig frukost, ingen avlastningsyta utanför entren,inga parkeringsmöjligheter.skitiga skum bakgata. Jag skulle bo tre nätter på hotellet men lämnade det redan efter en natt trots att jag batalat för tre nätter och förlorade pengarna. |
