Excellent centre of city location, shops and restaurants on the door step Hearty well presented good food breakfast bar, homely atmosphere Rooms on to the front of hotel were not sound-proof - traffic noise thru the night - Some late night revellers shouting down the corridors and banging on doors |

Friendliness of staff, getting tea bags and extra milk a bonus! The little things count! My room was near the lifts so you could hear people early morning. |

The hotel's location was good. Right in the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room needed a bit of an update - but was a good size room. |

We must compliment Seamus McTaggart for his efforts above and beyond the call of duty to assist us with changing and receiving forward travel bookings. He is an assett to your organisation. All your staff were friendly and helpful. We also found the breakfast to be varied and delicious in a pleasant, well-lit room. Thanks for an enjoyable stay. |

City Centre location was great, within walking distance of shopping areas, theatre, pubs & clubs. Also many of the city tours start from right outside the door of the hotel. |

I particularly liked the location and its proxmitiy to the city centre, the railway station and to other amenities. Not particulaly however I did receive incorrect information regarding the times of church services from reception resulting in the service being nearly over when I got there! |

The bar food was good value and nice. The decor especially in reception was basic and unwelcoming. the fire alarm went off at 6.15 am on Saturday morning - and the sound of a kango hammer outside on the street made the stay unpleasant. |

the reception, bar and kitchen area staff were very helpful with any queries we had. The hotel breakfast suited everybody's needs. Room staff could say good morning back to you with a smile instead of ignoring you and playing on their mobiles. You don't have a gym |

Clean and spacious room with tea tray, comfortable bed, good heating, etc, and close to the bus station and town centre. Room at the front on main road was very noisy with traffic keeping us awake, along with the church clock bells opposite up to 11.00pm and from 8.00am. Decoration was a bit shabby, with hole in bathroom door, and chipped bath. Shower not very good. |

Staff were helpful and accomodating to a point. Road noise and bell tower across the road was quite disturbing. Central heating woke me up at 615am and the noise from the heater did not stop even when I got out of bed to switch it off. Called Main desk Reception and was informed that there was nothing they could do.Slightly distressing for my party of friends as we were sitting for our exams the next day. |

Location of the hotel was great, transport around the hotel also was great. the room gave us jst what we needed and it was very clean. we liked the way that we were not hurried out of the room on day of checkout. We found the staff member on check in did not welcome us to the hotel and seemed to have an attitude towards us, he was not helpful with our problem that we were having with check in. paeking also posed a problem, i would suggest subsidised parking for the car park suggested by the hotel. |
