I was last in this hotel 2 years ago, i went again because it was close to the Bournemouth International Centre , and the hotel has two car parks , the best part of the hotel is the view from the rear you see the peir and the isle of wight (had many holidays there and know the island very well) staff very nice, would stay there again Cooked breakfast could have been better and the coffee was on the weak side, |

The rooms had good views, were clean and were ideally located to the BIC which was the purpose of our trip. The staff were friendly. |

Gardens, proximity to sea, chess game outside Poor access for pushchair, not very safe lift, also didn't go all the way to the top of the stairs on any floor! |

Friendly and very good service for the breakfasts The only downfall was the two rooms booked either side of us on the Saturday night when from around 2.30 am onwards till about 6 was noisy with various goings on. I banged the wall once to quieten things down but felt no necessary need to call the night porter. Just a restless night. |

The feeling of a traditional "English" costal hotel The hotel and the room are in dire need of refurbishment, the outdoor public area was more like a tip, the hotel bar remained closed as there was a conference going on, and on my return to the hotel at 11:45pm the door was locked and no-one available for 15 minutes to let me in. They didn't even answer my phonecall. Not a pleasant experience. |
