Breakfast facilities were good There was nasal mucus wiped along the wall in the stairwell. The sink was plugged with hair and would not drain quickly. The beds were very uncomfortable. Limited parking. The shower grouting was mouldy. We stayed in room 422. Vastly overpriced, I have had cleaner rooms in the poor parts of Eastern Europe. |

getting to the beach within 2 mins the fact that our shower could only fit a small child, the hair dryer did not work even though i reported it twice but nothing was done and also our room was not cleaned or bed done as the cleaner said her swipe card did not work even though the reception said it did not work so they gave us a key which we handed in everytime we left the hotel so why was that not passed onto the cleaner |

The location was great for access to the beach and within walking distance of the BIC which was the reason for our visit. It seemed to attract a lot of young, noisy guests e.g. staying as part of a stag weekend |

the bar menu was very good. The room was very small, and the bed base had a large hole in it.It looked as if someone had kicked it. the quilt cover was dirty and creased.i told the receptionist and she apologised but that was all. |

Ease of check in / check out. Location good. Breakfast well stocked and good variety. Friendly staff. Comfy sofas in reception. Noisy lift, thin walls and windows meaning not the quietest night's sleep, slightly dated decor. |

I liked the fact that it was only about a five minute walk to the beach from the hotel so location was great. |

The food was acceptable and reasonably priced Room carpet badly stained, windows and surrounds in need of cleaning, toilet etc in need of cleaning especially the tiles and the glass panels to the shower did not appear to have been cleaned or wiped down. There are products, which do this job straight after use. Letter being sent direct |

The staff go out their way to please but are let down by worn out furniture and fittings. The hotel is overdue some investment in beds and other fittings. The lifts only have room for 2 and during my stay he fire brigade were called due to the lifts failing with guests stuck in them. Lovely clean pool and jacuzzi. Easy walk to beach and town. As hotels go cheapest for whats on offer. I booked through Booking.com and booked in 4 day blocks, every 4 days they moved us into a smaller and lesser room. We moved to to another hotel in the end. I expected to be better looked after considering the length of my stay instead it got worse and was neglected and their sights were set on more lucrative customers. |

Nice room, if a little small, nice modern bathroom which makes a change from other hotels! No main room light, only lamps - Windows in main room were old steel framed single glazed windows, could do with replacing to match the double glazing in the bathroom. |
