Friendly staff, I need a extra heat in the room the manager could not have done enough to help with this. Room 16 as it was outside of the main bulding. |

It was extremely quiet apart from the slight noise from the main road; but as it was the main drag into the city nothing more than to be expected, after a while you didn't hear it. The security was of a high standard. All in all a very pleasant stay. Would certainly go back again. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size, extremely clean and the right temperature, with a comfortable bed. Having a fridge was very useful. The en-suite was excellent. At the back of the hotel was a large and secure private car park. Hotel was 24 hour access, but a front door key isn't given to guests. I couldn't get in for half an hour despite knocking and repeatedly ringing the bell. In the end I had to ring the hotel on my mobile. The owner had been in the back shed. He was very apologetic but other people have had this problem too, see comments. |

Nice that there is coffee in the room.Hotel reasonable central - only 2 stops with local train, which is not expensive. Breakfast could be better. |

Room was big Area is appauling. Hotel staff were noticeable by their absence. Room was noisy from traffic, and the fridge in the room had lots of mould in it. Parking was provided however it is a long diversion round back streets to find it, and then you need a key from the hotel staff to get in, but there's nowhere to park in the first place to get the key. AN AWFUL PLACE TO STAY. |

The Hotel is reasonably priced and amenities are basic and functional. Don't expect the Ritz at the price you are paying but expect a clean, well kept hotel with staff keen to help. |

El trato servicial, una habitacion amplia y limpia, internet gratuito y las cenas "surprise" de Eddie (el propietario) son los recuerdos que me llevo de esta estancia de una semana. Le falta el gimnasio que dicen que tiene. |

smart, quiet room, i like the bed, freeview tv available The hotel has a free wireless network but the signal is unreliable unless your room is on the ground floor. The front door is always locked so you'd better wish the staff was not busy and could hear the bell ringing. |
