Not to far fromt he town or beach. The hotel is run down and need a huge revamp. The staff are excellent having to work in poor conditions. Making your own toast in the morning takes a life time. |

It's close to the city centre and everything walkable distance. the cleanliness of our room was very very poor, the toilets had some bad smell through out our stay, the cream for the tea, coffee was gone bad. |

It was 10 mins from the Centre of Newquay The Bathroom was a converted cupboard, which contained a wc and Shower. The ventilation in it was usless. The sink was the other side of the room. You needed to pay £5 deposit for a TV remote control. The heating was on in the room even though it was set to zero and it was like a sweety armpit! Of the 3 hotels i booked this was the worst and most expensive. |

location indoor pool had tissue in it, beds were uncomfortable with lumpy pillows, one chair in the room had no seat support so it felt like you were sitting on the floor, tv only had set top ariel so very poor reception which changed everytime somebody moved in the room, £5 charge for a remote control that didn't work, a dressing table with no chair - a dated hotel needing urgent refurbishment |
