The apartment was comfortable, well appointed and spacious. The quiet location was welcome. The hotel car park was too small but it was easy to find convenient parking in the nearby streets. Hotel staff came every night at 9pm to check that the electric coin meter had sufficient money in it. This we found exceedingly intrusive and was a considerable breach of privacy. We would not stay at this hotel again if this practise was still in place. |

Comfortable, friendly staff, and wel located The warm air heater in the bathroom was pointless as the room did not need heating and should have been fitted with an on/off switch |

Independence gained by having an apartment. Comfortable beds and cleanliness was of a good standard. Would not recommend it for families with younger children - would suggest it is more ideal for adults. Noise eminating from other guests comings and goings - doors banged regularly. Did not see any staff in the apartments, but access to the hotel next door was available to us had we wished to speak/ see staff (hotel next door belongs to same 'group' as apartments). |

Very little. Although the website showed a comfortable apartment, the reality was qute different I did not like the fact that we had to pay for electricity on top of the cost of the room. This was not advertised on the website. Also, the advertised wifi connection was intermittent at best. |

Just needed a place to lay my head for a night and it was fine for that. Small orange 1970s style decorated room. Decor in room and green suite in the shower room |

Poor value for money - they say they are 4*, well short of that. Cramped room, I had to stick my hand behind a wardrobe to operate the bathroom light switch, there was no toilet paper and the bar shuts at 10pm apparently. Not a good experience. |

Schöne Lage im Außenbezirk und trortzdem sehr gute Verkehrsanbindungen. Außerdem gab es in diesem Wohnbezirk viele gute Bars und Restaurants und vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Individuelle Lüftungsmöglichkeiten fehlten ( Souterrainappartment ) |

Trevlig personal, nära till bra affärer, botaniska trädgården och till buss mot centrum. Enastående vackert rum (4 m. till tak, vacker stukatur i taket) och byggnad, Heltäckningsmatta vid matbord, inga blandare i vask och tvättställ (separata kall- varmvattenkranar). |
