The ease of access to the city. Also much more convenient and relaxing than a hotel environment. The apartments are kitted out with everything you'd need and were very clean. Very hot and stuffy the first night as radiators were going full blast and we couldn't turn the hall one down. However, very helpful receptionist advised us about how to alter boiler to address this. The checkout time of 10.30am is a bit early - 11am would be a much more convenient time - especially on a Sunday morning. |

We were sent an email the day before asking what time we would arrive. This was reassuring given our online booking. We were able to respond and asked a question about taxis, to which we got a prompt and good answer. We were able to leave our bags before checkin and after checkout. Beds very comfortable, though all twin rooms..1st day complimentary bread,milk and cereal which was a nice touch. Room and corridors dated. Furniture/carpet a little worn [though new sofa and curtains]. Currently construction work which was noisy [Aug 08]. |

Reasonable price for a 2 bedroom apartment in the middle of festival time The rooms were very outdated in style. There were several items lacking in our room on arrival and it took a number of calls to get them delivered. The next day, towels were not replaced and again it took several phone calls to obtain them. |

nice and good looking interior service was bad, carpet was not hoovered for 3 days, towels not changed for 2 days, kitchen bin left full for 2 days |

Five minute walk from Haymarket railway station. Everything was in walking distance, but good local transport for the less energetic. Easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem one evening when we had no hot water, but within five minutes staff were on site and water was restored. Building work next door, but we had been made aware of this before we arrived. |
