Central, convenient and quiet Confusion with the mini-bar as a charge is made even if one touches the item but doesn't consume it. That system needs to be rectified as a matter of urgency since I would have been overcharged £30 had I not checked the bill thoroughly. |

attention to detail from all staff, the whole hotel from rooms to reception was immaculate. the cost of a gin & tonic ,for example at £ 11.50 is very greedy, & £27.50 for english breakfast is way over the top. we will stay at the hotel again, but will take breakfast & drinks at the many bars & cafes in the vicinity. |

It was refurbished and everything was modern and clean The heating was not very good and we had to switch the heating although it was on 30 degrees |

I like the room but it was soo small,i request for twin beds but they didnt provide us even that I already informed them in my booking .the other jumairah is much near harrodes and harvey nichols. I didnt like that they where slow in service . |

it was close for shopping the dinning room was very small for breakfast i did not feel we got value for money and would look elsewhere the next time we are in london. |

Location, good bed and pillows. Tiny, tiny bathroom for £269 + vat. £30 for broadband access. Complete rip off. Mandatory service charge?? what's that all about?? |

Excellent location, the most comfortable bed I ever slept in away from home Yes they added tips to the final bill when I had tipped as I went along this should be up front so people know about it |
