Not too big hotel, with friendly helpful staff to give it an overall good and personal feel. Nice terrace/pool area to sit out and enjoy a drink Stayed on 3rd floor. Floor creaked a lot every time we moved around in the room. A stag party returning in the small hours woke my wife (but not me). Then again Bournemouth did seem to be full of stag and hen parties and I'm sure many of them were a lot noisier. Attic room meant no permanent fixing for shower head. I'd go there again though. |

The location was ideal. Very close to the shops and beach. The room was nice, clean and presented well. Free parking was available on site which is a bonus. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. . it was cheap-ish. I had been assigned a double bed, though when I got to the room is was 2 singles pushed together. These were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. I woke with a bruise from the seams from the mattresses in the morning! I didn't sleep well as the walls are very thin. I could hear everything from the rooms on either side, the hallways and the rooms above me. Needless to say, even though it was fairly priced, i'd rather pay more and have a good nights sleep! If u want a lay-in or you're a light sleeper, this isn't the place to stay! Plus i'd have like something bigger than a hand towel to use after a shower! Breakfast ok, if u like your food swimming in oil! |

There was a hotel attendant on the main desk every evening durin our stay. He was possibly the friendliest person we met the whole time we were in bournemouth and he was a credit to your hotel. I'm afraid i don't know his name but he helped make our stay all that more enjoyable. We had no issues with the hotel at all and would deffinitly come back i the future if ever in Bournemouth, would also highly reccomend to friends and family. |

Very freshly decorated and clean, staff very polite and helpful and there is car parking available on site. Bar had no atmosphere and no customers so went out. Quite a lot of noise from room above. |

Really friendly and helpful staff and the bar really was open "always" as the receptionist said! The shower was diabolical. No way you could wash your hair with so little pressure. It was also incredibly hot in the room and the windows only opened about 2 cm! |

The room was warm with adequate heating control. Everything provided worked. Shower worked well and was controllable. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Television good picture quality. Breakfast was good and service was quick, although there were not many people staying. Decoration and pictures good and quite interesting. I prefer duvets to sheets, they are more versatile. Quite often I am cold at night with sheets but not with duvets. Not applicable in this case because room was warm. Don't like door locks. Would have thought these could have been upgraded by now. Bar meal was a little tired, possibly reheated several times, but just about edible. Nice pint though (Worthington Creamflow). |

The staff were very helpful, and polite. The room was good, But even with the Heat turned off, and the windows open, it was still very Warm to a point of being uncomfortable at times, but the beds were just like home. |

Nice helpful staff, good value accommodation. Single beds too narrow and soft, didn't sleep well with backache as a result. Cooked breakfast wasn't very nice. |
