We had a very warm welcome at this hotel. Nice & clean. It is ideal situated away from the hustle & bustle in the city center, though easy to reach by the beautiful trams, with a stop right at the front door! Hotel staff were absolutely great! We had a wonderful 4-days stay, and would absolutely recommend it, and come back again to this hotel! |

unfortunately there was only three things that we liked about our stay at the North Grange, the sea view, sunset and the breakfast. we thought that the description of the super deluxe bedroom, and what we actually got was nothing in comparison, we have had much nicer rooms for the same price, the room was also very chilly in May early evening and the shower/toilet was very cramped with no heating. |

The people were very welcoming and the Hotel was spotless I have no issue with the hotel only the incorrect advert/website The advertised bath did not exist and I would never have booked this hotel if I had the correct information |

The staff we're very nice and welcoming, the room was very clean and quite nice, as well. The area, too, was much better than staying closer to the city with easy access via the tram. Very nice hotel... will definitely return. Parking was a bit short, but had no problem with the double parking arrangement. |

It was really clean and very comfortable. The walls of the rooms were probably rather thin as we couldn't even switch on the television or our laptop as the sounds(even though it was already very soft) could travel through the walls and affected other roomers. We could hear others talking and their television sounds as well. |
