The people were very welcoming and the Hotel was spotless I have no issue with the hotel only the incorrect advert/website The advertised bath did not exist and I would never have booked this hotel if I had the correct information |

The staff we're very nice and welcoming, the room was very clean and quite nice, as well. The area, too, was much better than staying closer to the city with easy access via the tram. Very nice hotel... will definitely return. Parking was a bit short, but had no problem with the double parking arrangement. |

It was really clean and very comfortable. The walls of the rooms were probably rather thin as we couldn't even switch on the television or our laptop as the sounds(even though it was already very soft) could travel through the walls and affected other roomers. We could hear others talking and their television sounds as well. |

The room was clean and tidy. We stayed when the weather was cold and found the room lovely and warm. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and plenty of food was available. We felt the bed was too big for the room - a double bed would have sufficed not a king-size one. |
